The Mosaic Templar's Cultural Center hired Jennifer to facilitate and teach our brand new “Black History Unboxed: Have History, Will Travel” program.  This program included a guide book, chapter books, science experiment supplies, and kits designed to help students explore topics such as the Tuskegee Airmen, The Negro Motorist Green Book, and Pullman Porters.  Each topic was approached first as a history lesson and then brought into relevance by introducing concepts and skills that these historical figures would have known.  Jennifer’s task was to be the guide for these students as they explored.  She did a marvelous job creating a support system that was both beneficial to students and myself as the administrator.  Her skill in keeping these students connected through a virtual medium was beyond anything that I expected.  She went above and beyond to have Zoom meetings, maintain a Google Classroom for announcements, collected student input through Flipgrid, and made phone calls and emails on top of that!  She was responsive and very willing to adapt to anything I needed as the administrator.  I had no need to change any of her ideas, however, because the plan that she made for the experience was thorough, efficient, and student-centered.  Jennifer is amazing to work with!

Mrs. Thomas, the owner of Growth Achieved, assisted AMEC in the areas of curriculum and assessment. Her expertise in these areas were fantastic! She knows the latest and best practices. With Mrs. Thomas' knowledge AMEC continues to educate their children for the future, knowing they are applying the best curriculum and assessments.

Growth Achieved has provided outstanding tutoring services for my daughter throughout the last school year. Not only did they work to build my daughter's confidence in mathematics, but also helped to increase her problem solving skills and understanding of numerical concepts. Growth Achieved  is professional and committed and easily adapted to my daughter's needs as she progressed throughout the program. My daughter began the school year slightly behind her grade level in math and thanks to Growth Achieved, she ended the school year ahead of her peers. We are grateful to have Growth Achieved as part of my daughter's academic journey.
